JIM CARGILL (pictured left)
• Originally from Sewell, NJ. Relocated to North Wildwood, NJ, with a residence also in Waitsfield, VT.

• Graduated with a BS in Mathematics from East Carolina University. Earned an MS in Mathematics Education at Glassboro State College.

• Taught high school mathematics from 1969-2001 (Williamstown High School and then Clearview Regional High School). Coached several Varsity sports, including football, cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track. Selected to the South Jersey Coaches Association Hall of Fame.

• President of an above-ground swimming pool installation company (Six Pros, Inc. 1983-2000).

• Moved permanently to paradise (aka St. Lucie West, FL) in 2002.

• Elected the first Homeowners Association President for Castle Pines Townhomes (PGA Village) in 2002.

• Married to Carol, a retired Widener University professor. Two daughters: Heather, a traveling nurse, currently resides in San Francisco, CA; Laurie, a senior high mathematics teacher, lives in Cherry Hill, NJ.

• LOVES GOLF! Previous member at Stone Harbor Country Club (NJ); current member of Legacy Country Club.

• Purchased HouseCheck in August 2005, from its 2002 founder, Ryan Cate, who returned to Richmond, IN.

• Became partners with Bill Redeker in Fall 2010.

  

BILL REDEKER (pictured right)
• Originally from Abington, PA. Between family, school and professional capacities, was fortunate to live on both Coasts and in-between them as well. Recently moved to FL (permanently) from Milwaukee, WI.

• Residing full-time in PGA Village.

• Graduated with a BS in Economics, concentrations in Management and Marketing, from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

• Worked at KOHL’S Department Stores for the past 8 years. Fortune 500 retailer, with over 1060+ locations across the US. Last managerial role was within the Shoe Division at the Corporate headquarters in Wisconsin. Prior roles at KOHL’S were within Stores, Logistics and Merchant organizations.

• Finally threw the towel in on those LONG Wisconsin winters, and moved to paradise (FL) in October. A homecoming of sorts, as family used to have a property in PGA prior to heading a bit further south.

• Recently discovered passion and enjoyment of golf. Also excited to continue scuba diving certifications beyond P.A.D.I Advanced Open Water.

• Became partners with Jim Cargill in Fall 2010.
