We perform routine home checks on numerous interior and exterior items for
both proactive and reactive maintenance. Each homeowner has special requests.
HouseCheck can customize any plan to address those unique and special needs.

Routine visits to your home include (as appropriate):

INTERIOR

  • Check on general condition of entire home interior
  • Verify that all windows and doors are locked
  • Assure proper functioning of alarm system
  • Maintain home temperature and humidity
  • Conduct an interior pest control inspection
  • Run water in all faucets
  • Confirm that major kitchen appliances are working
  • Flush toilets and clean unsightly evaporation ring
  • Ensure smoke detectors are functional
  • Make sure that all lights and fans are off

EXTERIOR

  • Check on general condition of entire home interior
  • Check on pool maintenance
  • Check on condition of patio and screens
  • Check on lawn maintenance and landscape trimming
  • Conduct an interior pest control inspection
  • Conduct an exterior pest control inspection
  • Mail forwarding
  • Check for condition of screens

OTHER SERVICES

  • Recommend credible contractors for your home improvements and/or repairs
  • HouseCheck will coordinate and advise you when the work is complete
  • Set house temperature and pool heater to desired temperature just prior to your arrival
  • Maintaining your vehicle left in FL
  • Accept UPS or FedEx packages
  • With prior notice, provide access to your home for house cleaning services, pest control services, maintenance workers and special deliveries
  • Collect all newspapers and pick up outside trash
  • Place trash and recyclables at curb when you leave

FOR ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Airport pickup and shuttle service for clients
  • The Deep Clean: Preseason and end of season house cleaning
  • The Hurricane Solution: If requested, HouseCheck will attempt to hire crews to install and remove hurricane shutters at current market rates.
